during this winter season, i haven’t been very consistent with anything tbh. me and my friend decided we were going to do 75 soft together. as a full time college student and working full time, 75 soft fits more with my schedule. feel free to join! i will be doing daily updates! join me on my journey!
Rules:
1. 7-8 hrs of sleep: in bed by 10:30, awake at 6:30
2. gym x5 a week with 1 active recovery day and 1 rest day
3. track calories: have at least 120g of protein in the day (1-2 cheat meals a week)
4. drink 150oz of water a day
5.read 5 pages of a nonfiction book(outside of my other readings)
6. journal daily
7. take vitamins
8. follow daily routine (including skin care, cleaning, etc)
