Don’t rush and check these before moving in

🚚Compare and research mover company. Compare at least 3 companies. Some are cheaper but they don’t offer helper service. I’ve used Lalamove before, and added on “door to door service”. The driver only sent to my condo lobby. He claims that “door to door” means lobby’s door. Be careful!

📶 Install wifi 3 months earlier to avoid port full. If this condo have 400 units, developer will only install 100 ports at first. If the port is full when u want to install, you will have to live without wifi for about 2 months.. It’s better to plan early than late

🛠️After renovation is done, make sure the contractors have completed every single process listed on paper. If you feel unhappy about a certain aspect of the renovation, bring it up before paying.
