I am an autoimmune warrior who recently moved to Florida after deciding I was UNSUBSCRIBING from winter forever. Srsly tho, I feel so much better in the warm weather and year round sunshine ☀️ and I’ve literally NEVER been happier.

I’m almost 43 and I’m looking and feeling my best ever and that’s saying a lot after a 4 year long battle with Lyme disease and mold exposure… long story!

I love empowering women to be the best versions of themselves and will be launching my new podcast on Tuesday that’s to help you survive midlife. #over40
