this is my routine (+tips) to go 7+ days between washing my hair!🛀🏼

🤍my color lasts longer this way, and over time, with the use of quality products, I've trained my hair to this point.

🛀🏼my ends aren't as dry, my hair is stronger and healthier than it used to be! your natural scalp oils are actually very good for your hair! but the more you wash your hair, the more oil your scalp produces because you're stripping it so often.
