Things to do in Porto part 2!

Spend the day at Praia do Cabedelo. This beach has plenty of sand space for you to relax at. You can take the bus here using google maps or an uber. When I went, the waves were super strong and huge, so I do not recommend swimming. Beware many people may choose to go nude here. From the main city of Porto, it is about a 14 minute drive and an hour on the bus.

Climbing the Porto Bridge at night is a huge bucket list activity. You can book this on airbnb for $32 per person. There are slots available everyday from 10 pm to 11 pm. Your guide will walk you up the stairs, harnessed in of course, and have you sit at the top behind a rail. Your guide will share stories of the bridge and of the Portuguese people. The stories are super crazy! There is also a surprise treat at the top. This was such a cool experience and the views and stories were amazing!

One of the main things I wanted to do before coming to Porto was visit the fancy Mcdonalds. When you walk in, there are large mirrors surrounding beautiful chandeliers. It is so boujee, it doesn’t feel like a McDonalds at all! There is a downstairs seating area where the bathrooms are located (the bathrooms are very nice). The menu is also extremely extensive compared to the one in America! A full meal for me was around ten euros.
