TRADWIFE who?

So lately I have non stop been bombarded with this idea of a 1950 stay at home house wife. And how young women today have decided to take this new approach and for go hookup culture and feminism.

Now to be honest idk really how I ended up at SAHM or a “Tradwife” it sorta just happened. I am so happy and glad it did. And financially and mentally this situation benefited my family.

But what I’m seeing now is these young (childless) 20 something year olds baking bread and “cleaning” their already clean home and all while wearing a full face of makeup and a tight dress.

And I sit here confused. Technically I’m a traditional (sort of) house wife. But then again with kids holy MOLY is this not easy! I never wear make up my clothes are sweats all day every day and if I make dinner it’s a miracle! It takes me two weeks to do 5 people’s laundry and then I have to do it AGAIN! This is rough!

Now I have a husband who is loving and supportive and UNDERSTANDING of what it takes to manage this everyday! So to say I’m a Tradwife fan isn’t really true. So what am I confused about? I guess nothing except the fact I let SOCIAL MEDIA dictate how I felt for a week
