🤍 Hair-loss Journey :

-My first signs of hairloss was thinning edges.

- Within five years my hair started thinning and I started to get bald patches all over my scalp.

🤍Hair Care Routine:

- Protective Styles, Derma Roller, Hair Oils.

-Causing less tension to my hair

- scalp massages, red light therapy, and meditation

🤍 Results:

- still in the process of returning to its natural healthy state.

- More hair growth on my edges.
