It’s Never Too Late To Tell Him No!

Disclaimer… What I did was very dangerous and I do not recommend it however, I pack in this house because this is Texas after all.

I honestly couldn’t wait to share the details of this date because we are friends in my head lol and I also wanted to share my story because it’s never too late to tell a man no and we as women shouldn’t feel obligated to give up our bodies even if we previously said yes.

So yesterday I went to go get my nails done as one girly would. The shop was pure luxury and the drinks were flowing. Normally I wouldn’t drink but this was my pamper day and i thought why not. After the nail salon I decided to do a hot girl walk around the city when I stubbled upon this texture bar. I decided to go in for a quick drink until traffic slowed down and I could order my Uber back home. Side note I am a BW ( for context) I walk down the aisle of the drunken men and take a seat at the end of the bar next to this tall handsome white man. I order my drink and mind my blk business. The man begins to talk to me and we hit it off immediately. Before I knew it, we had been talking to each other for 2 hrs! I was enchanted. We decided to spend the rest of the day together playing pool 🎱, going to the arcade( I won a stuffed animal), and dancing in street to live smooth jazz. By night time I couldn’t get enough of him so I invited him back to my pool where we spent another hour swimming and talking about our families while watching the fireworks from the water. It was literally a fairy tail date. Like straight out of the movies. He told me he wasn’t staying in town for long and I could tell he just wanted to have some fun and by this time so did I. He was 6’5, ladies the cat was purring 😭

here’s where things go left… I invite him back up to my place which is something you should never do! Ever! please ladies. I was being dumb and corny. So I invite him up to my place and give him a fair warning that my apartment is empty because I’m building a podcast studio in my living room. He’s fine with it of course until we step into my apartment. All of a sudden he won’t shut up about my furniture or lack there of. I’m familiar with negging so I immediately was annoyed. As I went into the bathroom to freshen up I could still hear him making comments. By this time the kitty was dry and I was over it. Not to mention he put his water bottle on my laptop where I do my work!!! And when I moved it because it’s not a coaster! He said “That’s probably where you watch Netflix since you don’t have a T.v.” Now by this time this man was naked and already in my bed looking comfy. I sighed and said “You know what? it’s getting late and I no longer want to do this with you.

He looked shocked but he was very polite, thank God! He put his clothes back on and grabbed his things. “ is it something I said?” I told him no because I didn’t want the conversation to continue as I politely ushered him out the door.

Moral of the story ladies. Men will talk themselves out of good 🐈‍⬛ Also never let a man in your house on a first date and if you do and they don’t appreciate your space. Kick them out 💅🏽

⭐️Overall rating: 6/10 probably will do again. But with more safety in mind 😭
