Quick & easy meal

I had all of these ingredients and planned to make my normal egg roll in a bowl, but I totally forgot to pick up two bags of dry coleslaw mix like I normally use. I had this Asian salad mix in the refrigerator from Aldi’s, so I figure why not just give it a go?!

So here it is :

• 1 lb of ground turkey cooked and drained.

• Dump the “salad” in with the cooked ground turkey, sauté until cabbage in softened.

• Add the dressing from the salad mix in with the turkey/salad mixture.

• Add a sprinkle of jalapeno everything bagel seasoning (purchased at Aldi also)

• I did add a dash of soy sauce as well.

• Before serving add toppings that come with the salad.

Easy, simple, delicious!
