Hey guys! Day 20 of my fitness journey and I'm feeling pumped! Today, I want to talk about the age-old question: when is the best time to work out?

Some people swear by the morning, claiming it boosts their energy for the day. Others prefer the afternoon, saying it helps them power through the rest of their workday. And then there are those night owls who hit the gym when everyone else is winding down.

So, what's the science behind these different times? Well, studies have shown that morning workouts can help improve sleep quality and metabolism, while afternoon workouts can lead to better performance and endurance. And for those who prefer to work out at night, research suggests it can help relieve stress and improve sleep as well.

Personally, I love working out in the morning because it's the only time the gym isn't packed, and I get it all to myself. Plus, it's a rare moment of peace and quiet before my hectic workday begins.

But let's be real, sometimes life gets in the way and we have to work out whenever we can fit it in. And that's okay! The best time to work out is whenever you can make it happen.
