I tried to sign up for a Fafsa account 13 times

We are all experiencing som push back from the 24-25 soft launched Fafsa. Here was my issue:

-I tried signing up during the busy hours (breakfast time, lunch time, and dinner time)

-I used my phone instead of a computer

-I put in my address.

^what????

Yes. You heard that right. I couldn’t get past the address and phone number page (3/7 page circled above on a different page). I tried to press continue and it would just send me back. 13 times!!! I found out that if you don’t put in your address right away and just put in your phone number, it will let you complete the sign up process. Afterwards when looking at your account information you can add in your address. Weird right? I hope this works for you as well, but I’m sorry if Fafsa develops a different issue by the time you sign up :(
