Today’s Finds

I was a lil down today so I decided to go to my favorite store for a shot of dopamine. Five Below is a magical place where you never know what you are going to find. You don’t make a list, you just go. It’s a chaotic vibe that gives me the boost that I need!

✨Gua Sha - I’ve been super regular using my facial one with my skincare. I’ve been looking at lymphatic drainage tools online that are super pricey. But for $5 I figured I might as well. If I become consistent with this one I may splurge on a more expensive one. Not sure if there will be any physical benefits but I know it will feel great.

✨Resistance band rower- my fave machine at the gym is the rower. Now I have something that will give me a similar workout at home. Super excited to add this to my routine, right after my stair stepper ! I’ve been focusing on my wellness !

✨Power Scrubber- Got this to clean my bathroom. I’ve been wanting a spin brush especially for the shower tiles. For $5 I hope this helps a little. My arms need a break.
