My first hate comment!

Let’s talk about being ✨ L A Z Y ✨

People hate when I say this but laziness isn’t real. There’s no real psychological construct called “laziness”

When we get called “lazy” or even if you think you, yourself, are lazy it often just means you have an unmet need!

Anxiety, fear, not knowing, etc.

Now, I’m sure ✨BLMmeTooLGBTQ✨ called me lazy because my body is a bit softer than what the beauty standard calls for and means that I don’t work out.

Luckily, I have pretty thick skin, but I’d like to say that I definitely don’t consider myself a lazy person.

Im up chasing my 5 year old daughter most of the day, I cook, clean, work, create positive content, take care of my family and even have time to squeeze in some yoga at the end of the day!

My body is healthy.

It just looks this way because I’m not 21 anymore. I’m getting older. My body has carried life. It’s been through trauma. But it’s never let me down and I love me for that!

Anyways, if ever there were an actual psychological construct called “laziness” I’d define it as “One who sits on their phone scrolling through different apps leaving negative comments on other people’s posts when you could be volunteering for charity or something.”
