I’m about to get so real with you!

Being in the modeling industry for a few years, I’ve had some not so great comments about my body be said directly to my face.

I’ll spare the details because it’s honestly not important but it lead me to believe that my body wasn’t good enough and I wasn’t skinny or pretty enough.

I would have panic attacks when I’d look in the mirror so I’d try to avoid mirrors at all costs.

I started using face-tune to “fix” my body because I didn’t feel pretty enough to post my raw body online.

I started questioning alot of things.

“What even is beauty?”

And

“Why do we have to fit into the little boxes in order to be considered the beauty standard?”

I decided that I am allowed to take up space anywhere I want because PRETTY is not the TAX you pay to exist!

(I got that quote from some girl on TikTok btw)

the fact of the matter is, being authentic and real is what brings like-minded people to you!

You’re allowed to take up space and you deserve to love your body and even post it online for everyone to see if you’d like! No matter what it looks like!
