As a toddler teacher on a healthy journey, it’s been a challenge to plan, prep and actually eat what my body needs.

I begin my day at 7am and don’t stop moving until 5.

Beginning at 7, I have one packet of low sugar apple cinnamon oatmeal, mixed with 2tbsp soaked chia seeds and 3 tbsp hemp seeds

I have my first snack at 9:30. It’s usually berries and a low fat cheese stick. I try to pair everything I eat with a protein source!

My lunch (11:30am) this week was whole grain pasta salad and my favorite Two Good vanilla yogurt

For a snack I had watermelon and almonds (not pictured)

I also usually bring a banana in case I get extra hungry between meals/ snacks

Dinner is always a toss up for me when I get home but usually it’s something with a good along of protein, and then of course I have a dessert after a long day!
