The ELF eye cream did not meet my expectations. 😕 Before you read my review, please take note that skincare products can work differently for each individual person. Some people have found that the ELF eye cream is hydrating and effective in reducing the appearance of fine lines and dark circles. However, I did not experience that. It provided almost opposite of that.
