Creamy Parmesan Pork chops

Ingredients

- [ ] 8 boneless pork chops

- [ ] Salt & pepper

- [ ] 3tbsps minced garlic

- [ ] 2tbsps flour

- [ ] 1 1/2C heavy cream

- [ ] 2tsp parsley

- [ ] 1C shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions

- [ ] Sean chops with salt n pepper on both sides.

- [ ] In a skillet on medium heat add a little olive oil.

- [ ] Cook chops about 4-5 minutes on each side.

- [ ] Remove chops from pan.

- [ ] Add in garlic and cook until caramelized.

- [ ] Add in flour and heavy cream. Stir until thick.

- [ ] Add in parsley and Parmesan and mix.

- [ ] Add chops back to skillet and simmer about 10 minutes.
