Reno built-ins that needs to be discussed

Renovations are filled with not so little and impactful decisions. Being first time in this reno game, I am glad for the vast online UGC generated resources so here’s my contribution (and of course, I am thankful for a hubs who is supportive and always looks for alternative solutions for our needs patiently)

If you are thinking about installing the ceiling fan in the kitchen, this is your sign to do so.

Everything below needs to be built in by your ID/Contractor.

Here’s our consideration:

1. LED light. Smart lighting, lights up when we walk in at night, Illuminates the kitchen table top for work.

2. Corner Ceiling Fan. None of us are tall and at risk of hitting the fan - though we need to warn our taller visitors lol. Our kitchen area has not much wind so this fan is very helpful for cooking, washing and general ventilation in the kitchen.

If you are thinking of getting one, do get one where the back of the motor is covered. Ours is from @thetristargroup we also got @fancosg for the bedroom. Which one is better? Actually, so far not much difference for us 😅 Go and try it out in shop and make sure you are ok w its power and noise.

3. Pull-out tap. Think think this is pretty self explanatory, we got ours @bigbath.com.my Not the cheapest you’ll find in JB but we weren't heading back to where the other toiletries shop was at.
