👩🏻 Chuletas de Cerdo Fritas con Arroz y Habichuelas Rosadas 🍳

Serving Size 2-3:

3 Pork Chops Bone-In: season with Sazon, onion powder, garlic powder, crushed garlic, lime juice, ground pepper, oregano.

Arroz: White long grain rice/ 1 cup

Habichuelas Rosadas: Sofrito, yellow potato, sazon, garlic powder, crushed garlic, 1 can red beans, 1 cup of water.

Detailed Steps: first season the pork and let it marinate for atleast an hour.

Start prepping your beans add all the ingredients to the pan and the beans last. Keep the beans on medium heat for about 20-25 minutes.

For the arroz make sure to clean your rice first with water then add 1 cup of rice and 2 cups of water to to your pot. Let boil for 20 min, add some oil to the top of the rice and salt. Cover the arroz and let cook.

Once the chuleta is done marinating add to frying pan with warm oil. Let cook on each side for 5-10 min. Only flip pork once on each side.

I also added some white onion for flavor, I cooked those in the pan with the pork as well.

Platanos: cut into Thic slices, make sure the platano is soft. The softer the platano the more sweet it is. I put these in the air fryer at 350 degrees for 7 minutes and drizzled oil on top.

Additional tips/notes: serve with lime on the side and Mayoketchup.
