Read this if you’re healing in your 20s

As I’m quickly approaching the end of my 20s, here are mindsets I’ve developed that have helped me heal and grow into a more grounded, confident, peaceful, and present person.

It can be hard, especially in these years where you are both facing your past and trying to find your footing in the present. Not to mentioning thinking about the future!

If there is one thing I can encourage you with, it’s that healing and self discovery is well worth the process and it does get easier!
