Easy Red Velvet Cookies

These are the best ‘easiest’ cookies ever!

Ingredients 🌼

1 box of red velvet cake mix

2 eggs

1/2 cup of oil

Around a half a bag of white chocolate chips

Directions 🌼

Preheat oven to 350.

In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, the 2 eggs, and the oil until the dough is formed.

Fold in the white chocolate chips.

On a cookie sheet/pan - scoop out spoonful’s of the cookie dough and roll them into a ball.

Repeat until all of the dough is rolled into balls on the cookie sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes!

Remove from oven and let the cookies sit for 5-10 minutes as they are finishing baking.

You can also use this recipe and mix and match other creations.

For example : yellow cake mix/chocolate chips, yellow cake mix/crushed butterfingers, etc.

The creations are endless!
