Beginner herbalism 🌿✨

I’ve always been a DIYer and lately I’ve been wanting to get into more natural based products and remedies.

The number one reason is because I have terrible menstrual cramps and I’ve been seeing that there are natural herbs that can reduce if not eliminate them completely. So I’m on a mission to cure these cramps and if I’m successful possibly help others.

The second reason is I’m hoping to find herbs that will help to grow my hair out. I’ve made hair oils before but with little to no background research. This time around I’ll know exactly it is that I’m putting in my hair and the benefits it provides.
