I followed the No Knead Peasant Bread recipe from The Modern Nonna. It's 3 cups flour, 1/2 tsp active dry yeast, 1 tsp salt, and 1 3/4 cup warm water. Mix together and let it rest for at least 5 hours or overnight. You'll want to reference the recipe for directions to fold it a little with some more flour. Then bake in a parchment paper lined Dutch oven or oval cornering dish with a lid. bake covered at 350 for 30 minutes starting from a cold oven, then remove the lid and bake for another 30 minutes. Mine was done in less time, though.
We eat it as is or with dairy-free butter or make pb&js and we love it!
