This Panda Helps

I should have gone physically to Watson to buy what I needed. However, I was tired, having returned from overseas last evening.

This was the first time I used Foodpanda App to purchase what I needed from Watson (this time round, it was the City Square Mall outlet).

One of the products delivered was wrong. The wrong lubricant eye drops (which cost less than the one I had wanted to purchase) was put into the box (did someone dishonestly do that?)

Someone had even unscrewed the cap.

If you have Foodpanda deliver your products/order, refer to photo 4 for things I did when I realised I had been cheated.

Lessons learnt:

1) As far as possible, be physically present when you buy food and drinks/products.

2) If you need to engage the help of delivery platforms/riders, check the order/products delivered soonest possible, always keep receipts and contact Help Centre once you notice something is amiss.

Outcomes

Foodpanda responded promptly.

Without much hesitation, their Help Centre offered me a refund in addition to a S$2 voucher.

Hope Watson (City Square Mall outlet) and Foodpanda can look into these issues.
