This post is about our preferred route [when in Kyoto] to the Market.

🏃🏻‍♂️Our preferred route (when in Kyoto) to Nishiki Market:

Alight at Shijio (四条) Station

➡️ take elevator/lift at Exit 1

➡️ at street level, turn right and then take a short walk (2–5 mins) to Diamaru

➡️ soon, on your left (the other side of the road), you will see a lane between the huge Diamaru sign and Apple Store

➡️ cross the road and walk on this lane (1–3 mins) to Nishiki Market
