RECOMMENDED🌟SPANISH CUISINE🌟in SINGAPORE

Heard they serve great Spanish cuisine here✨Glad that we managed to snag a last minute reservation here about a day before i leave Singapore!

Can’t really pick one between the 5🥹:

1. Seafood Paella

—Happy to say this is one of the better tasting ones, with fresh seafood✨portion quite large (2-3 pax), but if you’re looking for the crispy crust, this isn’t the place for you.

2. Salmon Tartare, Betroot and Gazpacho

—Honestly not a fan of betroot🥵But to me, the mark of a good restaurant is when they managed to turn ingredients i would never touch into something i wouldn’t mine eating😍 loved the natural sweetness and earthiness of the beetroot went so well with the salmon and the decent portion!

3. Charcoal Grilled Calamari w/ Squid Ini Alioli

—SOOO fresh and tender calamari! Would be regretful if i didn’t dip into the squid ink sauce😍although it might be a bit sticky.

4. Iberico Pork Cannelloni w/ Bechamel and Porcini Sauce

—Defo a reorder in the future (if i managed to come again🥹)Basically pasta stuffed with pork, and the moreish mushroom sauce complemented the dish perfectly, the sauce too addictive👍🏻, if i had to nitpick i felt the pasta was slightly overcooked. But i shall overlook it its so YUMMY.

5. Charcoal Pineapple w/ Tapioca and Coconut Ice Cream

—Basically just fried pineapple and ice cream. But a perfect choice for dessert🫶🏻
