Social media can be mentally and spiritually exhausting — let’s be honest. It feels like every time I log onto my socials I see a video or a post talking about how to grow, how to get a following, how to be an influencer.

Sometimes I just wanna create for me. For the humans out there who want to feel safe to be themselves, empowered to try new things, and motivated to take full advantage of our insanely short time on earth.

I don’t think there’s anything more powerful than real human connection that has no bounds. To me, that’s what the Internet is really about — not the newest trend or the cutest aesthetic, but truly finding your people.

Not everyone is going to like you or relate to you and that’s more than ok.

There is so much more power in connecting with the people who are meant to find you. That rush of truly feeling seen by someone who has never even met you.
