I highly recommend this product if you’re looking for a more affordable brightening toner!

The Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) helps to target uneven skin tone, visible pores, and dullness. The Naturally derived arbutin helps diminish and improve the look of your hyperpigmentation. Lastly licorice root extract helps to calm down any inflammation of any acne you may be struggling with. I had tried the 1oz before I actually brought the full 4ozs and I’d have to say this is one of the best affordable brightening toners I’ve used in a long time. Adding this into my routine has made a noticeable difference and also improvements as well.
