The best pistachio tart ✨

Jiajia has very kindly customised it to fit my tastebuds!! She swap the vanilla fresh cream with pistachio cream and I LOVED IT. I was wrong to think that the pistachio tart cannot get any better 😮‍💨 She also removed the glucose and the tart was firm and crisp!!! TALK ABOUT PERFECTION ✨

I loved this!! The black sesame custard had a prominent black sesame flavour but was mildly sweetened and milky. However!!!! The grainy black sesame paste really help to make it more intense and bittersweet. I would definitely encourage adding mochi to this! Would be even better if the mochi was chewier 😆

Can totally see why this was so hyped up 🥹 The tart was filled with a bittersweet and intense matcha ganache, and a yuzu miso salted caramel that helped to make it taste less one-dimensional. I had this both chilled and warm, and I preferred the former! The latter had a stronger matcha flavour but I enjoyed the thick and fudgy matcha ganache when it’s chilled. The vanilla tart shell here was buttery, firm and crisp!

I’m a cream > cake girl so I really liked the ratio here!! The matcha pudding was thick, robust, bittersweet, earthy and umami. You can definitely taste the quality of the matcha powder ✨ The whipped cream helped to lighten the flavour while the azuki beans added some sweetness. The crumbles were really the icing on the cake 🤩
