Grilled Cheese- no butter

Yeah, sounds foolish at first, right? But I’ve actually come to love making my grilled cheese with mayo instead of butter.

1) Doesn’t really change the flavor profile

2) Don’t have to wait for butter to soften

3) Cooks evenly and at a good pace

I mean, how can you really fuck up bread and cheese, let’s be real. Grilled cheese is one of my favorites and it’s so simple and fast ☺️
