Pregnant Again?

My fiancé just had surgery and we were joking about what if I was pregnant so I tested but I want others thoughts I had a miscarriage in January. Bled all the way until 2 days before these tests were taken. But we are know really hoping that this one sticks if I am because he can’t produce kids after the type of surgery he had done. No it wasn’t a vasectomy. He had bladder removal because his wasn’t working properly. I just want others thoughts on these tests because I don’t wanna keep taking more if I’m not and I’m just seeing stuff.
