Here’s why

Here are a few different sets i’ve had over the years 🤍. I’ve been wearing beads for almost 7 years now and i’ve never regret getting them!

Benefits of waist beads:

🌸 They help with affirmations that are connected to the color of the bead. You can choose whichever color beads you feel aligns with something you feel you need more of in your life. For example, Purple is the color of enlightenment, spirituality, and royalty.

🌸They help to maintain weight because you basically set your beads in a place that feels comfortable to you on your stomach/waist area. When the beads rise, it can be a sign of weight gain. When they fall lower on your waist this can be a sign of weight loss.
