MOVIE REVIEW: SUPER MARIO BROS

Overall I don’t think it deserved the low rotten tomatoes score. It was fun and had a run time of 90 min (which is rare for movies nowadays). There were great comedic moments, I fully laughed out loud at some. You do not need to know Mario lore to get what’s going on but I will say knowing lore makes it that much more fun. The theme was relatable and the movie easily entertained the mixed audience of children and adults. It was not a perfect film by any means but it got the job done.
