If you’ve ever heard of Cadillac Ranch, this is not that. But pretty close 😂

If you’ve never heard of Cadillac Ranch, google it then come back. lol

The first time I took my son to Cadillac Ranch it was so incredibly windy we couldn’t spray paint anything. We saw people trying and just getting paint blown back at them. We took some pics but didn’t get the full experience. There were more people there than I expected.

On the way home, in one of the small towns between Cadillac Ranch and home, we saw an abandoned gas station with VW Beetles (slug bugs) positioned the same way as the Cadillacs (there’s a post about it further down) then one day we passed by and they were gone!

A lovely mutual follower here on Lemon8 told me they were moving to Amarillo and a few weeks ago we finally got to see the new display and get the spray paint experience.

It’s completely free, but spray paint is 10 damn dollars - so bring your own before you come if you wanna save a few bucks!
