New year new hobbies 😎 My friend Cherry brought me to my first Lyra class and it was so fun. So much of the class was experimental and figuring things out, and although it was difficult the guidance of our teacher Nicole empowered us to go further and better.

Sports like these are so good for building confidence and strength - confidence in yourself that you would not hurt, and fighting against your own fears, while working out all your muscles. I can't wait to try again!
