It’s a Korean book that is translated into English.

I bought this book from shopee and it’s original.

I can say that Korean books are so cute.

Not to mention that they have a lot of titles from self-help genre due to the high cases of suicide and other mental health issues.

This book highlights the theme of depression, lethargy, emotional fatigue and burnout.

Wow, what is happening to the world that we live in nowadays?

Why there is so much misery and unhappiness?
