I tried BookTok recommendations (and it sucks)

I’ve been into BookTok (TikTok book community) recommendations since end of last year.

I was attracted to join the hype and tried to read it myself if it’s worth the hype.

So far, it’s a 50-50 for me.

Some books worked out for me and I had a good time reading it, but some are not.

In this post, there are 2 books from BookTok recommendations that are sucks (for me).

I don’t hate books or throw nasty criticism for books that I don’t enjoy.

I appreciate the existence of the books and if it’s not my cup of tea, I’ll just leave it.

Since I can’t enjoy the 2 books, I had to DNF (did not finish) it.

Maybe I’ll pick it up again later in the future and try to read it.

Or probably not.
