mindless to do with your hands! use fidget toys!

these things genuinely help so much! i am able to keep my mind at bay, while retaining information!

come to class ready with all of your materials you could possibly need! bring your homework or any other assignments you need to class DONE! this is one less thing to worry about during class!

missing out on your class means you have to learn a

whole topic on your own! that can effect how you learn the next topic, if you are not fully engaged with

the previous!
