You never really know what goes on behind closed doors. Until you do.

Jack and Grace. Jack is a very successful lawyer who has never lost a case. Grace is the perfect housewife, cook, and gardener. She also cares for her younger disabled sister. Everyone around Jack and Grace is charmed by them and the beautiful dinner parties they throw. Grace’s friends find it difficult to get to know her because Jack and Grace are never apart. Some might call it true love but it raises red flags for others. They start to wonder … why she can never get a coffee … why she can never get lunch … why she never answers the phone … why she never seems to leave the house … why she doesn’t have a job. So what’s really going on behind closed doors once the dinner party is over? 🍽️

This book was wild. It was a psychological thriller in every sense of the word. I wanted to know more. I was horrified. I couldn’t look away. I couldn’t put the book down. 🫣

I don’t think I’ve ever rooted so much for a character — to solve her problems and handle her situation, by any means necessary — as I did for Grace. 👏🏼

This book reminded me of The Housemaid by Freida McFadden. They weren’t the same but there were some similarities. If you liked that book definitely check out Behind Closed Doors or vice versa. 🗝️
