campus novels you need to read 🍂🧡🏫

One genre of fall books I'll always reach for is the campus novel. I think I love them so much because academic institutions exist as very material microcosms of larger societal problems, allowing them to contain within strict borders high stakes power dynamics. They're also incredibly flexible as shown here. Campus novels can be classics, literary fiction, mysteries, contemporary fiction etc. Here I have three campus novels I read and really liked!
