1. If the bench is too high for hip thrusts, elevate your feet with a bumper plate, and now the bench will be perfect level
2. Some leg press machines just aren’t made for girls 5’4 and under so roll up a yoga matt and put it behind your back to elevate yourself
3. If your hips aren’t sitting *above* the 45 degree glute raise pad even at the lowest notch, add a stepper to elevate your feet so you can achieve proper range of motion
4. And lastly don’t be scared to stand on stuff to reach it, especially the lat pulldown - I always find myself standing to reach the bar, or change the attachment and learned not to be embarrassed! Gotta do what you gotta do!
