Whether you are in a fully equipped gym, or a minimally equipped home gym, there is always another variation that you can do in order to see results
A lot of people tend to think that you need a fully equipped gym to grow muscle and make progress, but as long as you have equipment that you’re able to progressively overload with on a weekly basis, you will be able to make progress whether you are inside a gym, or at home
Here’s three of my favorite gym swaps that can help you if you have minimal equipment
▪️No reverse hyper machine? Utilize a bench and do frog reverse hypers! You can even add a band for added resistance
▪️No leg extension machine? Grab a dumbbell and put it between your feet, situate yourself comfortable on the bench and do weighted leg extensions that way
▪️No calf raise machine? Leg press is where it’s at!!! I actually prefer calf raises on the leg press regardless!
