I am a personal trainer myself so sharing all the tips I have learned over the years is always so fun so beginners can learn too

1. Don’t be afraid to use lifting grips or straps in order to get a better grip on heavier weights, your hands don’t have to be sliding off the weights and making it hard to lift heavy

2. You can use a leg curl machine in order to set up for Bulgarian split squats, it’s often more comfortable for most people.

3. You can use the leg extension machine if you need a new variation for a glute kickback.

4. You can also use the lateral machine if you need a hip abduction variation, I used to do these all the time when I was a beginner!
