Clear Skin Tips for Gym Girlies ⭐️💪🏼

Throughout my life I have struggled big time with having clear skin, so being an active girl who works out a ton doesn’t necessarily make that any easier! So here are my top tips for keeping your skin clear. ⭐️⬇️

❌ No full makeup while working out! I know this one is a bit controversial but working out while wearing makeup doesn’t allow your skin to breath / traps bacteria from sweating = more breakouts. Of course SOME makeup isn’t terrible but less is best!

💦 Use an antibacterial spray / mist when you are leaving the gym or workout to help kill any bacteria on your face and body until you can take a shower.

🚫 Don’t touch your face while working out. Think about it, you’re touching machines / equipment etc. you don’t want to touch your face and spread bacteria right to your face!
