Having gym equipment at home has changed my whole life. I’m saving money by not having a gym membership or having to use gas / miles to get to a gym multiple times a week. It also saves me so much time and I am still able to build the body of my dreams and feel my healthiest, all in the comfort of my own home. 🏋🏽‍♀️🌱

There is a TON of gym equipment options out there but as a personal trainer here is what I recommend to all my clients that are working out at home to get the most out of their $$$! 👏🏼
