I am a chronic migraine girlie and have been since my early twenties (I am 27 now). For me personally certain things trigger the onset of my migraines; allergies, the weather, certain foods, stress etc. Sometimes they last a week other times just a day but regardless they are debilitating and painful... and honestly are so mentally and physically exhausting! 😩❤️‍🩹

Over the years I have tried many different remedies to try and stay away from over the counter / prescription headache pills to limit the amount of chemicals in my body. Some have been helpful, others not at all. ❌
