Finding what workout split works for you can be tricky and take some trial and error. When I first started working out / lifting weights back in college I jumped around and never followed a specific workout split for what my goals were, which is why I didn’t see many changes in my body or my strength. 😕

Once you get in the groove of following a specific workout split, for about 1-2 months, you will really start to see and feel the changes…but you must be consistent with it! 👏🏼

Being a personal trainer, I work with many ladies with very different goals and schedules so finding a split that works for a person can be a challenge but this post gives you a good guideline to go by for 5 day splits that are based on 3 different, physical goals. 🏋🏽‍♀️💦
