When I tell you this is the best I’ve ever felt in my body ... I mean it (and not just appearance-wise). 🫶🏼
What has helped me be so consistent is having a REALISTIC plan to stick with. No crazy workouts or restrictions with eating, just balanced living. With all my programs I preach consistency and balance because that’s what truly works.
I’ve been consistently down 8 pounds for the past 2 months and have never felt better on the inside. I know the photos aren’t dramatic differences but I base my progress on how I feel vs. what’s in the mirror. I have actual energy, I have a happy mindset, I sleep better ... literally the list goes on and on.
⬇️ What I do for my body these days,
-3-4 lifting workouts per week (40 min. max per session)
-walking for cardio
-❌ NO AB CIRCUITS, i rarely train abs by themselves
-creatine in my preworkout (Gainful)
-feed my body at least 4x a day with foods that fuel me (and NOT tracking food)
-take l-glutamine for gut health
-aloe and lemon water in the morning
-wake up / go to bed around the same time each day
-journaling several times per week
-still eating sweets everyday and NOT restricting
-& probably a bunch more I can’t think of right now
