GUYS!!!! WHERE ARE MY POPTART LOVING BESTIES?!?!
I don’t know about you guys, but my favorite breakfast growing up with a pop tart I was able to pop in the toaster and GO on a busy school day morning. But, as we know… pop tarts are no where near what a nutritious breakfast looks like😭
So… here’s nutritious way to relive childhood experiences! A HEALTHY pop tart!
This morning I made a chocolatey strawberry pop tart. For the dough I mixed together honey(or maple syrup), blended oats (oat flour), tiny bit of baking soda, unsalted butter (i think coconut oil should work too), and a dash of salt.
I roll the dough into two squarish pieces, and put strawberries (microwaved for 25 seconds, added a lil coconut sugar and mixed a bit) on top one, and placed the other dough on top both. Placed and baked in oven for about 5-8 minutes!! Let it cool a little and added some dark chocolate almond butter (gives hazelnut vibes tbh, like a tastier/healthier Nutella)
And BAM DELICIOUS HEALTHY QUICK CHILD SAFE BREAKFAST 😋
