Peach Jam🍑

To be honest, this recipe involved a lot of experimenting and winging it. I kind of made it up as I went and thankfully, it worked!

I wanted to make jam but didn’t want to go through the whole canning process, so I decided to make a single batch, then slightly double it so I could gift the second jar!

Without the canning process, this jam should be refrigerated for up to 3 weeks instead. But it’s so good, it won’t even last that long!!

This jam also requires no pectin, just 3 natural ingredients! You can use less peaches and slightly decrease the sugars for less jam, or more peaches and slightly more sugars for more jam! You could even use different fruits!

You really can’t mess it up!🍑
